    Abstract: The present invention provides endovascular stent graft conversion devices, systems and related methods that are particularly useful in aortic aneurysm repair, such as, but not limited to, thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) repair. The endovascular stent graft conversion device provided by the present invention comprises a graft segment comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is adapted for engaging a limb of an endograft device, and wherein the second end comprises three or more graft branches extending therefrom.
