Abstract: A service oriented architecture (SOA) system and method for optimizing an application service composition are provided. The system includes an interface to receive attributes for an experiment, a hardware processor, and a storage device storing instructions to cause the hardware processor to modify a service component of the application service composition based on the received attributes, execute the experiment using the application service composition including the modified service component, generate a unique identifier (UID) to associate with output data generated from the modified service component, and store the UID, the received attributes, and the output data of the experiment in an instance cache.

Abstract: An online behavior tracking system includes a unique ID module configured to determine attributes of a user device, and calculate a unique ID for a user from the attributes. The unique ID is used to track online behavior for the user across different domains. Also, the online behavior tracking system is used in a content evaluation system which delivers content treatments to users and tracks online behavior of the users in response to the delivered treatments.

The multivariate web page testing system further includes a content determination module configured to determine if the corresponding HTML content conforms to a preset standard. An adapter is configured to convert the corresponding HTML content to conform to the preset standard if the corresponding HTML content does not conform to the preset standard. The multivariate web page testing system further includes an experimental treatment determination module configured to determine an experimental treatment for the corresponding HTML content and an experimental treatment application module configured to apply the treatment to the corresponding HTML content to create orthogonally transformed HTML content.

Abstract: A multivariate business process modeling or management (BPM) optimization system and method for optimizing a BPM system includes a logic layer to control operation of the BPM system, a utility layer to implement a randomized experimental treatment based on a hypothesis, and a persistence layer to collect data from application of the randomized experimental treatment to the BPM system. The multivariate BPM optimization system and method optimizes the BPM system by computerized testing of the hypothesis and generation of results to add, remove or modify a step or modify a point in a flow of the BPM system based on the data collected from application of the randomized experimental treatment.
