Abstract: A docking system for supporting a portable electronic device with a vertical operational orientation and a horizontal operational orientation is disclosed. The docking system includes a base stand unit that has a flat top surface. Additionally, there is a device support platform that is rotatably mounted to the base stand unit. The device support platform defines a cradle portion that is engageable to the portable electronic device. The device support platform has a first position corresponding to the vertical operational orientation, and a second position corresponding to the horizontal operational orientation.

Abstract: An extendable drip tray is provided to increase when needed the drip catchment area of the dish rack, to beyond the footprint or general perimeter of the dish rack. The extendable drip tray may be slidably supported by rails below the main body of the dish rack, to cover an area beyond the side of the dish rack body, thereby increasing the drip catchment area. Pivoted cup holders are provided along the outside walls of the main body of the dish rack, which can be pivoted when needed to extend an area beyond the perimeter of the body to provide supports for holding kitchen articles such as cups and glasses for drying. A wire rack is provided with pivoted support prongs for configuring the wire rack.

Abstract: A shelving system can include adjustable drying racks. The shelving system, which can be in the configuration of a shower caddy or shower organizer, can have a hinged clamp mechanism configured to secure the drying racks to a central support member hanging from a shower head or to another vertical support.

Abstract: A dish rack has a wire frame base, a horizontal wire segment coupled to the wire frame base, and a swinging arm pivotably coupled to the horizontal wire segment. The swinging arm has a plurality of holders and a lock mechanism that removably engages the swinging arm with a portion of the wire frame base.

Abstract: A soap dispensing assembly has a container housing having an interior that retains soap. The container housing has an opening which communicates with the interior. A pump unit is secured to the top of the container housing at a location separate from the opening. The pump unit includes a dispensing assembly through which soap from the interior is dispensed. A lid is removably coupled to the opening to allow for a quick replenishment of the soap without having to remove the pump unit. The pump unit can also include an actuator that has a soap outlet, with the actuator is pivoted to draw soap from the interior of the container housing to the soap outlet.

Abstract: A utensil organizer has an outer shell that defines an internal space, a wall associated with the outer shell, and a spoon holder having a surface with a concavity formed in the surface, with the spoon holder removably coupled to the wall. The organizer can also include a divider that separates the internal space into a plurality of compartments, with each of the compartments having a floor. The floors of at least two different compartments have different vertical levels.
