In order to achieve the object, according to the present invention, a wrapper for rice covered with layer, which is used to wrap a lump of rice, includes an outer layer that forms an outer surface of the wrapper for rice covered with layer, and an inner layer that is attached to the outer layer at peripheral portions thereof so as to airtightly cover layer placed on the outer layer. The inner layer includes a first half and a second half that are fixed to each other. A first attachment portion, which extends in a longitudinal direction of the first half, is formed at a right end of the first half in a transverse direction.
