The sputtering apparatus may include a chamber body and a targeting module. The targeting module may be positioned inside the chamber body and may include a source and at least one magnet unit, where the magnet unit may be configured to generate a magnetic field. Here, the magnet unit can be made to swing during a sputtering process.

A range query for multidimensional data may be processed based on the multidimensional histogram.

In the multi-dimensional histogram method, a Database (DB) system receives information required to generate a histogram from an outside of the DB system, and then constructs a space-partitioning tree based on the information required to generate a histogram. The DB system constructs a multi-dimensional histogram based on a minimal data-skew cover in the space-partitioning tree. When the DB system receives a query from the outside, the DB system calculates the estimate of the selectivity for the query by using the multi-dimensional histogram. Abstract: A method for shell program interface of a computer system is described. A shell program is activated by using a wheel button of a wheel mouse and a defined hotkey or only the wheel button. A wheel is moved back and forth to select and execute one of a plurality of application programs registered in the shell program. The input of the hotkey and the wheel button is determined by using a dynamic link library (DLL). As a result, it is suppressed that hotkeys of a plurality of application programs are collided.
