  • Patent number: 6987315
Abstract: A ceramic multilayer substrate includes a plurality of ceramic substrates being stacked vertically, each substrate having a designated thickness; pattern layers formed on surfaces of the ceramic substrates so as to form circuit elements; external terminal vertically formed on side surfaces of the stacked ceramic substrates; and internal connection parts, each of which is formed on a part of one of the pattern layers, is connected to one of the external terminals so as to exchange signals with the outside, and is broad enough to surround at least partially the connected external terminal.

  • Publication number: 20040099942
Abstract: Disclosed are a ceramic multilayer substrate in which internal connection parts formed in the internal patterns are broad enough to surround the external terminal, and a method for manufacturing the substrate, thereby stably achieving a connection between the internal patterns and the external terminal and maintaining the connection even in the case of an error occurring in a step for forming a through hole on the substrate. The ceramic multilayer substrate comprises a plurality of ceramic substrates being stacked vertically, each substrate having a designated thickness; pattern layers formed on surfaces of the ceramic substrates so as to form circuit elements; external terminals formed on side surfaces of the stacked ceramic substrates; and internal connection parts, each of which is formed on a part of the pattern layer, being connected to the external terminal so as to exchange signals with the outside and being broad enough to surround the external terminal.

  • Patent number: 6169464
Abstract: A dielectric filter is disclosed in which an open area without being spread with a conductive material is formed on the rear face of a dielectric block with a conductive material spread thereon, thereby making it possible to improve the filtering characteristics of the filter and to miniaturize the filter. That is, coupling capacitances and coupling inductances are formed between resonance holes of the rear face of the dielectric block. Further, conductor patterns are formed on the front face of the dielectric block so that coupling capacitances are formed between the resonance holes of the front face, and that loading capacitances are provided to the respective resonance holes.

  • Patent number: 5877668
Abstract: A flexible coil winding structure of a flyback transformer is disclosed, which comprises a magnetizable core at the center portion, a first conductor line pattern and a second conductor line pattern at both sides, and a pair of flexible insulator sheets at both sides for substantially insulating the overall coil winding structure and protecting it from its surroundings while in service. The first and second conductor line patterns are arranged so as to provide the coiled circuit pattern. A pair of insulating strips are provided between the magnetizable core and the first and second conductor line patterns. Also, the coil winding structure includes an electrical connection for connecting the upper portions and the lower portions of the first and second conductor line patterns so that they provide the coiled circuit pattern. The electrical connection may be provided by soldering or welding, etc. A manufacturing process of the flexible coil winding structure is also disclosed.
