  • Patent number: 10118794
Abstract: A header cover encloses an end of an unwoven material cylinder to protect the unwoven material from damage or debris during storage or transportation. Unwoven material cylinders are commonly used to produce products such as clean suits, baby diapers, absorbent material, etc. The header cover includes a cover disc, a plurality of lateral-interfacing flaps, and a tethering ring. The cover disc and the plurality of lateral interfacing flaps encapsulate an end of the unwoven material cylinder. The plurality of lateral-interfacing flaps is perimetrically and foldably connected to the cover disc to allow the header cover to fold over an edge of the unwoven material cylinder. The tethering ring is adjacently connected to each lateral-interfacing flap of the plurality of lateral-interfacing flaps, such that as one lateral-interfacing flap is folded, every lateral interfacing flap is folded in the same direction.

  • Patent number: 9446878
Abstract: A low scrap tray is constructed from a single sheet of material to act as a retail display tray, reducing the waste from traditional container construction processes. The low scrap tray includes a bottom panel, a front panel, a rear panel, a left panel, a right panel, a left inward rim, a right inward rim, a front-left flap assembly, a front-right flap assembly, a rear-left flap assembly, a rear-right flap assembly, a front opening, and a top opening. The front panel, the rear panel, the left panel, the right panel, the front opening, the left inward rim, the right inward rim and the top opening define a storage space when the low scrap tray is operatively configured. The front-left flap assembly, the front-right flap assembly, the rear-left flap assembly, and the rear-right flap assembly secure the positioning of front panel, the rear panel, the left panel, and the right panel.

  • Publication number: 20120228173
Abstract: The slender wine bottle carrying box allows an user to store a plurality of wine bottles in rows and columns. The carrying box is made of a single piece of corrugated box material that has a number of flaps, folds, tabs, and slots, which are used to assemble the carrying box from the single piece of corrugated box material. The carrying box allows for bends and indentations in the lateral surface in order to conform to the shape of the wine bottles' necks, which is aesthetically pleasing to the user. The plurality of wine bottles enters the carrying box through a top hole and are situated within a plurality of compartments, which separate the plurality of wine bottles into rows and columns. The plurality of compartments is created within the carrying box while assembling the number of flaps, folds, tabs, and slots and is held together with tapeless locks.
