    Abstract: In one example, a semiconductor device can comprise a substrate, a device stack, first and second internal interconnects, and an encapsulant. The substrate can comprise a first and second substrate sides opposite each other, a substrate outer sidewall between the first substrate side and the second substrate side, and a substrate inner sidewall defining a cavity between the first substrate side and the second substrate side. The device stack can be in the cavity and can comprise a first electronic device, and a second electronic device stacked on the first electronic device. The first internal interconnect can be coupled to the substrate and the device stack. The encapsulant can cover the substrate inner sidewall and the device stack and can fill the cavity. Other examples and related methods are disclosed herein.

When this composition is used for a motor of a small hard disk, power consumption can be reduced and stability at high temperature can be enhanced.

    Abstract: There are provided an adhesive resin composition for a hard disk drive (HDD) motor and a HDD motor fabricated by using the same. The adhesive resin composition for a HDD motor adheres fixed members and rotating members of the HDD motor to each other and includes 100 parts by weight of a first resin, 25 to 80 parts by weight of a second resin, a hardness of which after hardening is lower than that of the first resin, and 40 to 100 parts by weight of a hardener. The HDD motor is fabricated by using the adhesive resin composition for a HDD motor including a flexible epoxy resin, whereby reliability of the motor against external impacts may be improved.

    Abstract: There are provided a hydrodynamic bearing assembly and a method of manufacturing the same. The hydrodynamic bearing assembly includes: a lubricating oil filled so as to form a liquid-vapor interface between stationary members and rotating members; and a lipophilic coating formed on the liquid-vapor interface of the lubricating oil so as to prevent lubricating oil leakage. Therefore, the lipophilic coating is formed on the interface of the lubricating oil and an oil repellent material is formed on a surface of at least one of the stationary members and the rotating members, whereby the scattering and the leakage of the lubricating oil may be effectively prevented.
