The heat exchanger cools the air. A discharge port is at a lower end of the body and provides fluid communication between the internal space and an exterior of the body and discharges condensate water generated from the heat exchanger to the exterior. A plurality of blocking portions is disposed around the discharge port and protrudes into the internal space, thereby preventing foreign substances inside the body from directly blocking the discharge port.
