    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for the preparation of radioisotope-labeled compounds using CNT. It comprises filling the carbon nanotube with a radioisotope; and labeling a physiologically active material with the radioisotope charged in the carbon nanotube. Taking advantage of CNT, the method can prepare a radioisotope-labeled compound invention at a high yield and in a simple manner. Also, the radioisotope, when remaining unreacted, can be recovered by the filtration of the CNT, thereby achieving the prevention of radioactive contamination and the reduction of radioactive waste. Further, the radioisotope-labeled compound is useful as a contrast medium for imaging the hepatobiliary system.

In the mouse vaccinated with the irradiated ovalbumin, humoral and cell mediated immune responses were both reduced, suggesting that allergic reaction was inhibited. Thus, the composition of the present invention can be effectively used as a vaccine for the prevention and treatment of allergic disease.

Particularly, this invention provides a method of preparing a 188Re-tricarbonyl precursor by reacting perrhenate with borane-ammonia (BH3.NH3), potassium boranocarbonate (K2[H3BCO2]) and phosphate in the presence of borohydride exchange resin as a reducing agent, and a method of preparing a 188Re-tricarbonyl complex by reacting the 188Re-tricarbonyl precursor with a ligand. According to the method of this invention, the borohydride exchange resin is used as a reducing agent and as an anion scavenger, thereby obtaining the 188Re-tricarbonyl precursor and complex having high radiolabeling yield and high purity. In addition, the 188Re-tricarbonyl complex can be used as a contrast agent having excellent plasma stability.
