    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cementing plug comprising a first plug body (bottom plug), a second plug body (top plug), and a plurality of cleaning portions. The first plug body comprises: a first body provided therein with a chamber opening towards a lower end thereof, and an upper end of the first body being provided with a pressure portion; and an anti-rotation portion provided on an inner wall of the first body, and capable of being connected to slurry entering the chamber to limit a rotation of the first plug body. The second plug body comprises a second body. The plurality of cleaning portions is provided on outer sidewalls of the first body and the second body along a length direction thereof, for scraping off residuals (mud cake) on an inner wall of a casing.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing vanadium or vanadium alloy powder from a vanadium-containing raw material through a shortened process, including: calcinating a mixture of a vanadium-containing raw material and an alkali compound for oxidation to form a water-soluble vanadate; purifying the vanadate followed by vanadium precipitation to produce an intermediate CaV2O6 with high purity; dissolving CaV2O6 in a molten-salt medium together with other raw materials to form a uniform reaction system; and introducing a reducing agent to the system followed by separation, washing and drying to produce vanadium or vanadium alloy powder having a particle size of 50-800 nm and a purity of 99.0 wt % or more. The method can continuously process vanadium-containing raw materials to prepare vanadium or vanadium alloy powder.

    Abstract: A method for synthesizing a chiral ?-hydroxy acid ester compound is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: using an aldehyde compound and a monoalkyl malonate as raw materials, using a metal and a chiral ligand as a catalyst to make the raw materials be directly and fully reacted in an organic solvent and form a reaction solution, and separating and purifying the reaction solution to obtain the highly stereoselective ?-hydroxy acid ester compound. The beneficial effects are mainly embodied in: 1. simple operation; 2. rapidly constructing a highly stereoselective ?-hydroxy acid ester skeleton structure molecule; 3. high reaction yield and good stereoselectivity. Therefore, the invention has high basic research significance, industrial production value and social economic benefit.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of producing titanium and titanium alloy nanopowder from titanium-containing slag through a shortened process. The method includes: (1) subjecting titanium-containing slag to high-temperature oxidation and enrichment and then melting to precipitate titanium-enriched slag; (2) subjecting the titanium-enriched slag to pulverization and gravity flotation; (3) carrying out secondary enrichment; (4) preparing a molten salt reaction system; (5) synthesizing titanium and salt-containing titanium alloy nanopowder by reduction reaction; and (6) vacuum filtering, pickling, washing and vacuum drying the salt-containing titanium alloy nanopowder; and then separating titanium alloy nanopowder from the molten salt. Using the present method, the titanium-containing slag can be continuously treated to produce titanium and titanium alloy nanopowder. It requires a shortened process, a simple equipment and low energy consumption.

    Abstract: A hard disk drive has a gas-bearing slider supporting a write head with an electrically conductive structure, like a spin-torque oscillator (STO), in the write gap, and dual independent interface voltage control (IVC) circuitry coupled to elements on the slider. A first IVC circuitry provides a bias voltage to the slider body to assure substantially zero electrical potential between the slider body and the disk to minimize slider-disk contact and lubrication pick-up. A second IVC circuitry operates independently of the first IVC circuitry and provides a bias voltage to the electrically conductive structure region to assure a negative potential of the electrically conductive structure region relative to the disk to minimize degradation of the slider overcoat and thus oxidation of the electrically conductive structure.
