    Abstract: A method for screening adulteration of fibrate anti-hyperlipidemia chemicals in tea by combined method of high performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) and bioluminescence, which belongs to the field of food inspection. The method includes: firstly, formulating standard solutions of bezafibrate and ciprofibrate, and preparing a tea sample; pre-washing a thin-layer plate and then performing HPTLC spotting; performing HPTLC separation to move original mixed target objects mixed originally onto different positions of the thin-layer plate according to different molecular structures, so as to form a physical isolation; and subsequently, simultaneous detection of multiple targets in the tea sample could be realized conveniently through luminous bacteria coupled with the thin-layer plate by an immersed manner.

Each differential-pair signal contact is associated with a metallic wiping piece in front with a tiny gap so as to have the distance between the rear end of the contacting section and the front edge of the wiping piece is still equal to 3.9 mm which is regulated by the industry standard specification as a full length of the contacting section of the traditional contact.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an antimicrobial peptide ID13 (with a sequence set forth in SEQ ID No. 1), a preparation method and use thereof. The antimicrobial peptide ID3 is successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris using genetic engineering technology. The antimicrobial peptide ID13 of the present invention has an excellent bactericidal activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Streptococcus suis, and has a low hemolytic activity against mouse red blood cells and a low murine macrophage cytotoxicity.

    Abstract: The array induced electric field fluid reaction system includes a reaction unit array with a plurality of reaction units interactively connected as a network configuration, a power supply and a sample container, wherein each reaction unit has a closed iron core, a primary coil and a secondary coil. The primary coil and secondary coil are, respectively, wound around two sides of the closed iron core, and the secondary coil has an insulation pipe for circulating the reaction medium. When the array induced electric field fluid reaction system operates, no charged needle-type electrodes or electrode plates are inserted into the reaction medium. Electrochemical reaction and metal contamination may be avoided. The reaction units can form an array network connection and series/parallel connection, and when the induced electric field in each reaction unit is acted on the reaction medium, specific reaction effects may be achieved.
