  • Publication number: 20130340547
Abstract: A linear drive portion is fixed to a piston. A nut portion and a screw portion relatively rotate, and a direction of action of driving force is converted between a rotational direction and a linear direction. The piston is installed within a case. The inner circumference of a piston sliding portion fixed within the case slidably supports the outer circumference of the piston. The nut portion is displaced with the piston, and the screw portion rotates in conjunction with a rotational drive portion. The piston is installed so as to be able to slide in the axial direction of the case with respect to the piston sliding portion. The axis of the piston and the central position of the inner circumference of the piston sliding portion are set to be eccentric with respect to the axis of the screw portion and the nut portion.

  • Publication number: 20130336816
Abstract: A backup hydraulic pump supplies pressure oil to an actuator when a loss or degradation of the function of an aircraft central hydraulic power source occurs. A control valve controls the operation of the actuator by controlling supply and discharge of the pressure oil to/from the actuator. The control valve has a main body provided with a pressure oil port, a spool portion that moves in a sliding manner within the main portion and switches a path of the pressure oil, and a drive portion. The drive portion is connected to an end of the spool portion and drives the spool portion by electromagnetic force so as to control the position of the spool portion based on an electric signal.

  • Publication number: 20130219878
Abstract: A plurality of actuators (11a, 11b) operate as a result of pressure oil being supplied thereto from a aircraft central hydraulic power source 104, and drive one control surface 103a. A backup hydraulic pump 18 is installed inside a wing 102a on which a control surface 103a is provided, and is provided so as to be able to supply the pressure oil to the actuators (11a, 11b) if a loss or degradation of the function of a hydraulic power source 104 has occurred. To the actuators (11a, 11b) for driving the one control surface 103a, the pressure oil is supplied from the same aircraft central hydraulic power source 104. The one backup hydraulic pump 18 supplies the pressure oil to the actuators (11a, 11b) for driving the one control surface 103a.

  • Publication number: 20130221256
Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a coil (102) and an armature (80) adapted to be attracted by the coil are housed in a body (70). A valve seat (74) on which a valve part (82) formed integral with the armature is also disposed in the body. A high-pressure path (76) is connected to the valve seat. The high-pressure path is disconnected from a low-pressure path when the valve part rests on the valve seat, and communicates with the low-pressure path when the valve part moves off the valve seat. The valve part moves onto and away from the valve seat when the armature moves as the coil is electrically energized and de-energized. The energizing force of a coil spring 104 urges the valve part to rest on the valve seat. A through-hole (86) is formed in that portion of the valve part which faces the high-pressure path. A sealing member (106, 110) is fitted into the through-hole and is held in place by the body.

  • Publication number: 20130224044
Abstract: A rotational shaft 22 receives input of torque that is output from an electric motor 19. A housing 23 rotatably supports the rotational shaft 22. A cylinder block 24 inside the housing 23 rotates with the rotational shaft 22. The pistons 25 are supported relative to the respective cylinder chambers 24a in the cylinder block 24 so as to be slidably displaceable. A swash plate 26 is provided so as to come into contact with ends of the pistons 25 and be rotatable around the rotational shaft 22 with the pistons 25, and be rotatable about a rotation centerline that is obliquely inclined relative to the rotational shaft 22. A case 27 inside the housing 23 is pivotably supported relative to the housing 23. A bearing portion 28 holds the swash plate 26 relative to the case 27 so as to be rotatable around the rotation centerline.

  • Publication number: 20130187577
Abstract: An inverter and a control unit that has a command signal processing unit and a PWM frequency control unit and performs pulse width modulation control are provided. If the command signal processing unit has received a first PWM frequency command signal, it outputs a low PWM frequency command signal so that synchronous or asynchronous PWM control is performed at a PWM frequency in a predetermined frequency range. The command signal processing unit outputs a high PWM frequency command signal so that synchronous or asynchronous PWM control is performed at a higher frequency than the above-mentioned frequency if the command signal processing unit has received a second PWM frequency command signal and until a predetermined time period elapses. The command signal processing unit outputs a low PWM frequency command signal if it has received the second PWM frequency command signal and after the predetermined time period elapsed.

  • Publication number: 20130133513
Abstract: A cylinder is installed within a case, and an output shaft and an arm that is integrated thereto and extends in a radial direction are installed within the cylinder. A piston extending in an arc slides and is displaced in a circumferential direction of the cylinder within the cylinder. One end portion of the piston is rotatably connected to the arm. The cylinder is internally provided with a first pressure chamber in which the arm is housed and a second pressure chamber in which the other end portion of the arm is slidably installed. A pressure medium is fed into one of the first and second pressure chambers and discharged from the other, and the output shaft pivots in a rotational direction.

  • Publication number: 20130124019
Abstract: A plurality of control channels each include a power supply, an interface that receives a manipulation signal, an arithmetic processing portion that calculates and generates an operation command signal for actuators based on the manipulation signal, and a signal determination unit that determines a control signal for finally controlling the operation of the actuators and outputs the control signal. The arithmetic processing portions respectively provided in the plurality of control channels have designs different from one another. Each of the signal determination units determines the control signal by receiving a first operation command signal generated by the arithmetic processing portion of the control channel in which that signal determination unit is provided, and a second operation command signal generated in the arithmetic processing portion of another of the control channels, and comparing the first operation command signal and the second operation command signal, and outputs the control signal.

  • Publication number: 20130104729
Abstract: A cylinder is installed within a case. An output shaft is installed in a hollow space within the cylinder. A pair of pistons extend in an arc, and is supported so as to be able to slide and be displaced along a circumferential direction of the cylinder within the cylinder. The pair of pistons is able to urge an arm integrated with the output shaft from two sides of the arm. Pressure chambers into which a pressure medium is introduced are defined between the cylinder and each piston in the pair of pistons. The pressure medium is fed to one of the pressure chambers and drained from the other, and thus the arm is displaced, and the output shaft pivots in a rotational direction.

  • Publication number: 20130106215
Abstract: An electromechanical actuator is provided with a power disconnection mechanism including a case portion, inner shaft portion, supporting portions, and connecting members. The case portion is fixed to an electric motor. The inner shaft portion within the case portion is fixed to a screw portion. The supporting portions are installed so as to support a load parallel to the axial direction between the case portion and the inner shaft portion, inserted into the inner shaft portion, and slidable along axial grooves and circumferential grooves with respect to the case portion. The connecting members break connection between the case portion and the inner shaft portion and disconnect transmission of power when torque of a prescribed amount or larger acts.
