The first BWP is set as an active BWP based on the first configuration. BS transmits TCP command(s) that set an active power control adjustment state. BS transitions the active BWP from the first BWP to the second BWP based on the second configuration. The active power control adjustment state is maintained after the active BWP transition (e.g., not reset to some default state).
