Abstract: System and method for managing and operating a closed-loop agricultural-origin-product manufacturing supply chain network. A method includes: collecting agricultural data from multiple sources relating to multiple growing-plots of crops; collecting environmental data relating to the multiple growing-plots; collecting operational data with regard to intended utilization of the crops at a manufacturing facility; identifying a particular growing-plot; correlating among agricultural data related to the particular growing-plot, and environmental data related to the particular growing-plot, and operational data related to intended utilization of crops from the particular growing-plot. The correlated data is analyzed for generating agricultural action recommendations to be performed at the particular growing-plot, as well as operational action recommendations to be performed at the manufacturing facility.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for applying a uniform processing policy within a distributed computer network. A message is received at a termination point from an application used by a user. At the termination point tagging information is attached to the message, the tagging information indicating which processes the message should undergo, and with which parameters or configurations. The message is then processed in the distributed network according to the tagging information so that uniform processing is assured. If required, a response message is generated, and is assigned substantially the same tagging information as the original message.

The apparatus further comprises a hosted connectivity agent associated with the hosting center. Communication between the on-premises connectivity agent and the central connectivity component flows through a secure channel and comprises only communications related to the organization.

The code of the object classes comprise structure and logic. Further supplied is one or more class hierarchies, supplying the basic functionality for a multiplicity of classes and persistency capabilities, so as to enable the developer to inherit the classes and further expedite development. Abstract: A method and apparatus for remotely installing and managing computerized landscape of soft appliances in automatic and secure manner. A repository of components, units and resources required for all appliances is created. Then for each appliance, an appliance definition is created using a user interface component. An appliance object is created based on the definition, and an installation or management program or script is automatically generated according to the appliance object. Installation can be fully automatic, in which operating system resources and components and other units are transferred to the installed appliance, or semi-automatic in which the installing person has to provide the required media for the components. Certificates are created and transferred to the installing person, and then used during installation of secure parts of the appliance.

A producer reflector device is physically connected to the consumer network. In accordance with a predefined reflection policy, the producer reflector generates in the consumer network virtual local network image of the service provided from the producer network. A service consumer is connected to the local reflected network image of a service producer from the producer network. A consumer reflector device is physically connected to the producer network. In accordance with the pre-defined reflection policy, the consumer reflector creates in the producer network a network instance image of the service consumer from the consumer network.
