Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a system and method for beginning and completing a physical store transaction for an item, or items, to be worn. The transaction is directed by a purchaser using in-store indicators, request windows, electronic devices and/or by an act of moving unique identifiers, attached to items to be worn, electronic devices or the purchaser. The computing system receives purchaser's requests, combines purchaser information, which may include but is not limited to identification of the purchaser, purchaser's preferences and payment information, and returns information to the purchaser, directs the movement of product within the store, and/or completes purchase transactions. The purchaser may complete the buying of the product by walking to the store, taking the item he/she needs and walking out of the store with no additional action (zero-action).

Abstract: An advertisement service allows advertisers to obtain a right to provide an advertisement to a mobile device that is located within or nearby a particular geographic region. For instance, the advertisement service may map one or more entities (e.g., retailers, schools, museums, etc.) to a geographic region at which these entities are located. The advertisement service provides an offer to one or more advertisers to provide an advertisement to a mobile device located within or nearby one of these geographic regions. Based on responses received to the offer, the advertisement service provides information to the mobile device for display of an advertisement.

Abstract: In various embodiments, approaches for the placement of inbound inventory in a materials handling facility are described. A product identifier is input from inbound inventory into a computer system, where the inbound inventory is to be stocked in a materials handling facility. At least one available inventory location is identified in the computer system that presents a lowest cost for storage of the inbound inventory in the materials handling facility. The inbound inventory is stocked in the at least one available inventory location contemporaneously with the determination of the at least one available inventory location in the computer system that presents the lowest cost for storage of the inbound inventory in the materials handling facility.
