Abstract: Ground reference lead for measuring high frequency electrical signals using a probe head. The ground reference lead comprises a flexible body, a probe socket arranged on a probe end of the flexible body, a ground socket arranged on a ground end of the flexible body, an electrical contact pathway that electrically connects the probe socket and the ground socket and that extends at least partially within the flexible body, and a resistor that is electrically arranged in the electrical contact pathway.
