    Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment (UE) for establishing a call in a wireless communication network, the method includes determining a first call control (CC) state of the UE after a recovery procedure for a call establishment is performed, sending a CC status enquiry message to a first base station connected to a first network, determining a second CC state of the first base station from a CC status message received from the first base station in response to the CC status enquiry message, and establishing the call by updating the first CC state based on the determined second CC state.
