The tiled solar cell further comprises a plurality of cell pins such that the cell pins carry a current from the solar cell. The tiled solar cell may be inserted into a cell tile of a back sheet such that the insertion of the tiled solar into the back sheet allows the cell pins to couple to a current carrying grid comprised within the back sheet. As such, current from the solar cell may be carried through the cell pins to the current carrying grid.
