Abstract: A new variable selective etching technology for thick SOI devices. An SOI material is etched by the following steps: (1) providing an SOI wafer; (2) depositing a composite hard mask with a variable selection ratio to replace a traditional hard mask with an invariable selection ratio; (3) applying a photoresist; (4) mask making, namely defining a to-be-etched region by using a photoetching plate; (5) etching the photoresist in the defined region; (6) etching the composite hard mask; (7) removing the photoresist; (8) etching top silicon by using a second etching method at a first selection ratio; and (9) etching a buried oxide layer by using a third etching method at a second selection ratio. The new variable selective etching technology avoids the damage to a side wall of a deep trench when the buried oxide layer is etched, and does not need to use an excessive thick hard mask.

Abstract: Disclosed are method and systems to program a server to identify the value of a fund comprising shares of multiple private entities. The server receives transaction data associated with a fund where the transaction data identifies a proportion of shares within the fund associated with each private entity, price per share of each private entity, and other relevant data. The server then executes multiple artificial intelligence models to identify comparable public entities to each private entity. The server then retrieves stock price data for each public entity and calculates a value for each private entity in real time. The server also displays a value of the fund in real time where identification of each private entity is anonymized.

Two hydraulic wall saws are symmetry installed on rotating platform. The wall saws cut linearly with the rotation of rotating platform to open a rectangular tunnel on a reinforced concrete wall or floor. After the cutting process, coring process is finished by the wall saws and claw inclinedly mounted to ensure the security of rescue. The whole accessory is installed on a large engineering machine through a hydraulic joint. The present disclosure can transfer general large mechanical equipment into dedicated large mechanical equipment quickly.
