Sleep monitoring for a user is started and sleep monitoring data is acquired. According to the sleep monitoring data, whether the user enters a first sleep is determined. According to the sleep monitoring data, whether the user ends the first sleep is determined in the case where it is determined that the user enters the first sleep. End time of the first sleep is acquired in the case where it is determined that the user have ended the first sleep, and the end time of the first sleep is time when the user ends the first sleep. The sleep monitoring is ended in the case where it is not identified that the user enters a second sleep within a first duration from the end time of the first sleep.
