    Abstract: A method of making a crosslinked fluoropolymer is described. The method further comprises removing the solvent and curing the fluoropolymer with actinic (e.g. ultraviolet “UV”) radiation. Also described is a composition comprising a fluoropolymer dissolved in a fluorinated solvent, and one or more curing agents comprising an ethylenically unsaturated group and an electron donor group or precursor thereof; and article comprising the crosslinked fluoropolymer.

The core shell fluoropolymer typically comprises at least 80, 85, 90, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 wt. % or greater of polymerized units of tetrafluoroethylene.     Abstract: Methods of bonding highly-fluorinated thermoplastics to elastomers are described. The methods include apply primers comprising at least one aromatic silane and at least one amino-silane to an uncured elastomer and irradiating the primer with actinic radiation before or after applying the highly-fluorinated thermoplastics. The elastomer may then be cured to provide articles having good adhesion between the highly-fluorinated thermoplastic and the cured elastomer.
