  • Patent number: 10497951
Abstract: An apparatus of supplying a fuel cell stack material is provided. The apparatus includes a moving part in which a plurality of gas diffusion layers (GDLs) diffusing a gas fuel and supporting a catalyst layer are stacked and a cartridge having the moving part movably disposed therein. An adsorption pad is disposed above the cartridge to adsorb the plurality of gas diffusion layers and a nozzle part is configured to spray air above the plurality of gas diffusion layers to generate a lift on the plurality of gas diffusion layers.

  • Patent number: 9991546
Abstract: A fuel cell stack assembly device is provided. The assembly device includes a stack guide apparatus that arranges and stacks fuel cells using a plurality of guide bars and a press unit that repeatedly moves vertically based on the stack guide apparatus and presses the fuel cells stacked on the stack guide apparatus. A roller structure includes a roller in rolling contact with the guide bar and is installed at the press unit. A weight detection portion detects weight that is applied to the roller by the guide bar. Additionally, a controller determines whether the guide bar is at the home position based on a detection signal of the weight detection portion and operates the press unit.

  • Patent number: 9669547
Abstract: A producing method of a fuel cell stack includes a transfer robot configured to clamp and to transfer a membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and a gas diffusion layer (GDL) component. A feeding testing unit is configured to check a stacked status of the MEA and the GDL component while the MEA and the GDL component are transferred and stacked by the transfer robot. A control unit is configured to receive a signal of the feeding test unit and to transmit an error signal when it is determined that the MEA and the GDL component are erroneously stacked.
