    Abstract: A working toy which alternately moves its hips left and right while slowly turning counterclockwise and a Hawaiian melody is heard to give a lifelikeness that compares with a real hula dancer. The toy includes an upper portion, a lower portion, and a base portion. The upper portion resembles the head through waist of a human; the lower portion resembles the waist through hip portion of a human. The upper portion is pivotally connected to the lower portion by a hinge pin. The base portion supports the upper portion and the lower portion by a support bar, one end of which is secured to the base portion and the other end of which is placed in a cavity within the body of the upper portion. The base portion includes a housing with a rotating base secured to its bottom portion, a stationary base with feet spaced below the rotating base, a three-way switch, a battery, a motor, a melody I.C.

    Abstract: A doll of a person with a drum who alternately appears to be beating the drum with his left and right hands while his head rotates left and right and a melody is playing. The doll includes a head portion, a torso portion, a limbs portion, a drum portion, a base portion, means to alternately raise and lower the hands in sequence and to alternately rotate the head left and right, and a melody module. The head portion includes a head which resembles a human and a drive pin. The torso portion is hollow and resembles the body of a human. The limbs portion resembles a human and includes a right arm, a right hand, a left arm, a left hand, a right leg, and a left leg. The drum portion includes a drum with a seat at its rear. The base portion includes a housing with feet on its bottom.

    Abstract: A toy figure including an elongated, one-piece flexible, plastic tube extending longitudinally from a portion of the head and continuously through the body and terminating at the bottom portion thereof for restoring the toy figure to its original condition after the toy figure has been deformed. Two abutment elements are also provided and are held together by a rope to the ends of the tube. The toy figure further includes two clamps located at its limbs and are connected to the tube.
