  • Publication number: 20230336551
Abstract: A method of providing a web page by using a captive portal includes obtaining a plurality of pieces of target web page information, in response to receiving a network connection request from a user terminal, transmitting a virtual signal to a captive portal providing apparatus, transmitting first target web page information to the user terminal, in response to receiving a user input to a first target web page through the user terminal, and transmitting second target web page information to the user terminal, in which the virtual signal is a signal indicating that the user terminal is not connected to a network, and the user terminal is a terminal that is not granted a network use right.

  • Publication number: 20070097058
Abstract: An apparatus and a method that drives an LCD device is provided. The apparatus that drives an LCD device includes an image display unit that includes liquid crystal cells that are formed in areas defined by a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines. A data driver provides analog video signals to the data lines. A gate driver provides scan pulses to the gate lines. A data converter determines still images and moving images between adjacent frames of input data and generates modulated data that generates only undershoot at a boundary part of the still images and the moving images. A timing controller arranges the modulated data and provides it to the data driver.

  • Publication number: 20070057895
Abstract: An apparatus and method for driving an LCD device is provided. The apparatus for driving an LCD device comprises an image display unit that includes liquid crystal cells formed in each region defined by a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines. A data driver supplies analog video signals to the respective data lines. A gate driver supplies scan pulses to the respective gate lines. A data converter detects motion vectors from input data and generating modulated data by filtering the input data in accordance with the motion vectors to generate overshoot or undershoot in a boundary along a motion direction. A timing controller aligns the modulated data to supply the aligned data to the data driver and operates the data driver and the gate driver.

  • Publication number: 20060291740
Abstract: A median filtering method makes a plurality of pixel data into a block of fixed unit area which includes a central pixel and a plurality of ambient pixels adjacent to the central pixel. Pixel data within the unit area is divided into sub unit areas which are smaller than the unit area. The data value of the divided pixel data is arranged in a fixed order for each of the sub unit areas. An intermediate value is determined from the arranged pixel data in each of the sub unit areas. An average value of the intermediate values which are extracted from each of the sub unit areas, and the central pixel data is determined corresponding to the central pixel of the unit area with the average value.

  • Publication number: 20050140775
Abstract: A film exposure apparatus employs a liquid crystal display. The film exposure apparatus may reduce the film and plate fabrication cost and time required in a publication printing process and may also enhance printing quality. The apparatus may include an exposure device that illuminates the LCD. The LCD may display an image in one or more gray scales that may correspond to color concentrations in a document to be reproduced. The LCD may control the amount of light that passes through the LCD and that exposes red (R), green (G), and blue (B) films.

  • Publication number: 20050110772
Abstract: A resistive type touch panel includes a first substrate aligned to be facing a second substrate. The first substrate includes a first conductive layer and the second substrate includes a second conductive layer. A plurality of spacers each having a polygonal column shape are disposed between the first and second substrates in predetermined positions. The geometry and center-to-center spacing of the spacers minimizes detection of a distributed activation force applied to one of the first and second substrate while still providing sensitivity to detect concentrated application of an activation force to one of the first and second substrates.
