  • Publication number: 20220189670
Abstract: A magnetic body for an inductor has an excellent direct-current bias property in a high-current region. The magnetic body for the inductor is a magnetic body used in an inductor for high current. The magnetic body has a core particle including a Fe—Al-based alloy containing 10 wt % or more of Al and a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities, and has an insulating layer including Al2O3 formed on the surface of the core particle. A method of manufacturing such a magnetic material for the inductor is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20160333851
Abstract: A wind power generating apparatus that includes a generator unit having an upper shaft and a lower rotary shaft connected to a rotor, wherein a circumference of the generator unit is supported by an upper portion of a support structure at a specified level, a lifting propeller vertically coupled to an end of the upper rotary shaft via a first coupler, a wind-power fan vertically coupled to an end of the lower rotary shaft via a second coupler, and a support unit coupled to a lower portion of the support structure so as to reversely support summed weights of the rotor, the lifting propeller, and the wind-power fan on a center of rotation of a lower side of the wind-power fan.

  • Publication number: 20160169208
Abstract: In an air-cushioned small hydraulic power generating device, when a stator in a generator linked by means of an upper rotational shaft to a first vertical-shaft windmill rotates in a first direction, a rotor in the generator linked by means of a lower rotational shaft to a second vertical-shaft windmill and an air-cushioned water wheel rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction, thereby increasing the rotational force and thus enhancing the power generation efficiency. The generator can be easily installed in valleys, watercourses, rivers, irrigation water channels, or seawater channels without having geographic limitation. Furthermore, since an air-cushioned water wheel is used to support the weight of the generator and rotational shafts, the generator can be easily installed to float on the surface of water. Therefore, breakdown and maintenance cost of the generator can be minimized.

  • Patent number: 6218752
Abstract: A motor mount assembly comprises a base panel, and a motor mount including a U-shaped steel bracket. The bracket includes a center plate, and side plates having holes for a ventilation and connecting the motor thereto. The motor is mounted on the side plates and attached by screws to front edges of the side plates. The side plates of the motor mount are bent from edges of the center plate. The side plates are stepped providing horizontal support surfaces for the motor. On the center plate and the side plates, a plurality of holes for ventilation are formed.
