    Abstract: A method and a device for improving pipeline safety of a space-terrestrial network architecture. The method pre-registers the profile of a base station in the network repository function network element of a 5G core network; after receiving a relay pipeline connection establishment request initiated by a base station, a relay satellite sends a network function verification request to the network repository function network element through a network expose function network element; after receiving a response to a network function discovery request of the base station, the network expose function network element sets the corresponding verification result of the base station according to whether there is base station registration information and responds to a verification request of the network element; and finally, the relay satellite verifies the verification result cell carried in the received response to determine the legality of the current access to the base station.

    Abstract: A method of signaling interaction in 5G space-ground integrated heterogeneous network architecture is provided, which enables publicly available data for trusted satellite discovery to be registered to the 5G core network based on the function framework of the 5G core network. When searching for satellites, a gNB can utilize the publicly available data of the trusted satellite registered in the 5G core network to speed up satellite searching, improve satellite link services, and filter out untrusted satellites. By the method provided by the present disclosure, it can effectively improve the satellite search speed in the 5G space-ground integrated architecture, improve satellite link availability, reduce authentication complexity of satellites in ground networks in heterogeneous network architecture.

    Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide compositions, methods, and uses for respiratory syncytial viruses (RSV) and immunogenic compositions thereof. Certain embodiments provide RSV having a mutated NS1 protein, where the mutation causes the uncoupling of the NS1 protein's replication and type I interferon (IFN) antagonist functions. In some embodiments, this uncoupling can produce virions capable of inducing a strong, long-lasting innate immune response while maintaining its ability to replicate in vitro. Also provided are methods for amplifying RSV in host cells, wherein amplified RSV has mutated NS1 protein in which the protein's replication and IFN antagonistic functions are uncoupled. In certain embodiments, the amplified RSV having mutated NS1 protein is formulated into immunogenic compositions, including vaccines. Other embodiments provide methods for inducing an effective immune response against RSV infection in a subject.

Partial embodiments of the present invention provide a method for exchange of signaling information in CoMP, where a first transmission point and a second transmission point provide CoMP for at least one user equipment (UE). The method includes: the first transmission point determining resource allocation for at least one of the first transmission point and the second transmission point, that is, the first transmission point notifying the second transmission point of the determined resource allocation. The resource allocation includes at least one of beamforming, power, and UE scheduling of the corresponding transmission point. The present invention can support CoMP under practical network conditions more effectively.
