    Abstract: A tapered fiber optoacoustic emitter includes a nanosecond laser configured to emit laser pulses and an optic fiber. The optic fiber includes a tip configured to guide the laser pulses. The tip has a coating including a diffusion layer and a thermal expansion layer, wherein the diffusion layer includes epoxy and zinc oxide nanoparticles configured to diffuse the light while restricting localized heating. The thermal expansion layer includes carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) configured to convert the laser pulses to generate ultrasound. The frequency of the ultrasound is tuned with a thickness of the diffusion layer and a CNT concentration of the expansion layer.

    Abstract: A simplified zoom lens module includes first to third lens units, first and second driving assemblies, and a housing. The lens units are arranged along an optical axis. The first driving assembly moves the second lens unit back and forth relative to the first lens unit, the second driving assembly moves the third lens unit back and forth relative to the second lens unit. The first driving assembly includes a first magnet which interacts with a second magnet, one being a permanent magnet, the other being an electromagnet. The first magnet is fixed inside the housing, the second magnet is fixed on the second lens unit. The first and second magnets are attracted to or repelled from each other by voltage and current fed to the electromagnet, thereby moving the lens and changing the focus of the lens module. A module and image-capturing device are also disclosed.

In the present application, the epitaxial silicon is changed from a single layer structure to a multilayer structure, wherein undoped epitaxial silicon can effectively prevent ion diffusion, and middle-highly doped epitaxial silicon and highly doped epitaxial silicon can significantly reduce source drain resistance and improve device performance.

The combined use of a silane additive and a film-forming additive and the combined use of a silane additive and a fluorine-containing lithium salt additive can not only inhibit the gas production of a cell and improve the high-temperature storage performance of a battery, but also improve the stability of the battery in a high-temperature cycle and a room temperature cycle.

    Abstract: An absolute gravimeter and a measurement method based on vacuum optical tweezers. The micro-nano particle releasing device is equipped with micro-nano particles, and is located above laser optical tweezers, and the laser optical tweezers have two capturing beams which pass through the respective convergent lenses and then converge at an intersection. An area where the intersection is located serves as an optical trap capturing region, and the micro-nano particles are stably captured by the two capturing beams in the optical trap capturing region. The optical interferometer is electrically connected to the signal processing device, the optical interferometer measures a displacement of the micro-nano particles in real time at the beginning of a free fall process from the optical trap capturing region and sends the displacement signal to the signal processing device. The signal processing device obtains a measured value of an absolute gravitational acceleration.
