    Abstract: Disclosed is an ultra-large scale in-memory computing core circuit for solving IR-Drop issues. The disclosure determines that the accuracy degradation caused by line resistance is an approximate linear error by analyzing the inherent physical equations of the line resistance network. Through analysis of the approximate analytical equation, it is found that the linear error is only related to the parameters of the line resistance network. This means that different input voltage vectors produce the same approximate linear error of the column output current.

    Abstract: A flexible systolic in-memory array testing device including a sub-board array is provided. Each of a plurality of sub-boards in the sub-board array includes a chip socket, a digital-to-analog conversion module, a driving module, a differential readout module, an analog-to-digital conversion module, a shift and accumulation module, and first to fourth bidirectional ports. The chip socket is placed with an in-memory array chip. The digital-to-analog conversion module converts an input vector into a voltage signal. The driving module provides a driving current. The differential readout module includes two inverting amplifier circuits and one adder-subtractor circuit, performs differential sampling on a result of the in-memory chip, and then performs outputting to the analog-to-digital conversion module for analog-to-digital conversion. The shift and accumulation module then performs shift accumulation on an analog-to-digital conversion result and digital signals from other sub-boards to obtain a result vector.

    Abstract: A preparation method for a sulfonated nanocellulose film with high proton conductivity includes steps as follows. A dark oxidation reaction is performed on cellulose with sodium periodate by using deionized water as a medium at a pH of 2 to 3 to obtain dialdehyde cellulose. A Schiff base reductive amination reaction is performed on the dialdehyde cellulose, 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, and 2-methylpyridine borane to obtain a first reacted solution, subsequently, impurities in the first reacted solution are removed to obtain a sulfonated nanocellulose suspension. The sulfonated nanocellulose suspension is shaped into a film by vacuum filtration, and then the film is dried to obtain a sulfonated nanocellulose film with high proton conductivity, which addresses the problems of cellulose, such as low proton conductivity, non-biodegradability, and indirect environmental pollution caused by the preparation process.
