    Abstract: A wafer grinding parameter optimization method and an electronic device are provided. The method includes the following. A natural frequency of a grinding wheel spindle of wafer processing equipment is obtained, and a grinding stability lobe diagram is generated accordingly. A grinding speed is selected based on a speed range of the grinding wheel spindle. Multiple grinding parameter combinations are determined based on the grinding speed. Multiple grinding simulation result combinations corresponding to the grinding parameter combinations are generated. A specific grinding parameter combination is selected based on each of the grinding simulation result combinations, and the wafer processing equipment is set accordingly.

    Abstract: Technologies for a flexible three-dimensional power plane in a chassis are disclosed. In one embodiment, a flexible ribbon cable is laid along a circuit board tray. The flexible ribbon cable is secured to the tray using power bosses. The power bosses connect to one or more conductors on the ribbon cable. When the circuit board is mounted on the circuit board tray, the power bosses extend through holes in the circuit board and mate with power clips on the surface of the circuit board tray. The ribbon cable, power bosses, and power clips can distribute power to various locations on the circuit board, without requiring large traces that take up space on the circuit board.

    Abstract: A tire pressure detecting/warning apparatus includes a main body mounted to a tire valve for introducing air pressure in the tire. The main body includes a first air passage and a second air passage. A first reed is mounted on the first air passage and is deformed to be in electrical contact with a first contact when the tire pressure is higher than a pre-determined relatively higher value of a safety range. A second reed is mounted on the second air passage and is deformed to be disengaged from a second contact when the tire pressure is lower than a pre-determined relatively lower value of the safety range. The tire pressure is too high if the first reed is in contact with the first contact, and the tire pressure is too low if the second reed is disengaged from the second contact. In either case, a radio- transmitting device sends a signal to a receiver in the vehicle, and a siren is activated to give a warning by sound or lamp that the pressure is too high or too low.
