    Abstract: A digital twin based method for monitoring behavior of a passenger on an escalator includes: first, constructing a digital twin virtual scene of the escalator carrying the passenger; constructing a virtual person model in a physics engine, generating various types of risky behavior in reality, and outputting different types of behavior of a virtual person; second, through a human posture recognition method for monitoring behavior of a passenger, extracting a feature map as an input by means of a visual geometry group 19 (VGG19) pre-training network, to enter part affinity fields (PAFs) and a part confidence map (PCM), so as to complete recognition of human postures; classifying the human postures with a support vector machine; and performing emergency stop control on the escalator under risky behavior of the passenger according to a result of posture classification.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a point cloud data acquisition method and device under a situation of no GNSS signal. The method comprises: re-sampling line data acquired from a topographic map to obtain discrete line data; generating a full-second PPS pulse in a simulating manner; counting by using a distance measuring instrument, sampling the count, when it is detected that the full-second PPS pulse is received, calculating position information at a current moment; simulating a GNSS satellite protocol according to the position information at the current moment; parsing the GNSS satellite protocol by using a point cloud data acquisition module to complete time synchronization, and controlling a LiDAR to acquire point cloud data; parsing the GNSS satellite protocol by using an inertial measurement module, and recording attitude determination positioning data in real time to generate POS data; and optimizing the POS data to obtain accurate point cloud data.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a three-dimensional bionic composite material based on refection elimination and double-layer P/N heterojunctions. The preparation method of the composite material comprises: (1) anisotropically etching a silicon wafer with an alkaline solution, to form compactly arranged tetragonal pyramids on the surface of the silicon wafer; (2) performing hydrophilic treatment on the silicon wafer, growing TiO2 crystal seeds on the surface of the silicon wafer, and calcining the silicon wafer in a muffle furnace; (3) putting the silicon wafer obtained in the step (2) into a reaction kettle, and growing TiO2 nano-rods on the side walls of silicon cones by a hydrothermal synthesis method; and (4) depositing PPY nano-particles on the TiO2 nano-rods. The composite material has good refection elimination performance and efficient photogenerated charge separation capability, and is applicable in fields of photo-catalysis, photoelectric conversion devices, solar cells and the like.
