The information processing method includes: receiving an SCG activation command from a network side; and activating an SCG according to the SCG activation command, and recording information related to the SCG activation procedure. In this application, when activation of the SCG is performed according to the SCG activation command from the network side, a UE records the information related to the SCG activation procedure, and reports it to the network side, which assists optimization of SCG activation procedure for the network side, reduces SCG activation latency, and reduces probability of SCG activation failure.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and disclosed are a dual/multi-connectivity-based secondary node (SN) addition/replacement method and device, for use in solving problems that in a dual/multi-connectivity scenario of a wireless communication, a process of adding or modifying an SN takes a long time and causes data transmission delay, and the probability of using dual-connectivity to transmit data is reduced because the establishment time of dual/multi-connectivity is too long. The method in the present application comprises: a user equipment receives configuration information of one/more SNs sent by a master node (MN); performing measurement assessment on the one/more SNs according to the configuration information of the one/more SNs to determining an SN satisfying a connectivity condition; and initiating a random access process to the SN satisfying the connectivity condition.

Abstract: The application relates to the technical field of wireless communications. Provided are a method for information processing, a user equipment (UE) and a storage medium. After receiving a first command, the UE can record mobility history information generated by the UE at SCG side, where the first command includes an SCG reconfiguration with sync command, and an SCG deactivation indication. By means of the method, when the UE receives an SCG reconfiguration with sync command and indicates an SCG in deactivation state, the UE can still record mobility history information on SCG side.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an information processing method and apparatus. The method is applied to a terminal device, and comprises: acquiring failure information that the terminal device fails, the failure information comprising service information related to an MBS service executed and/or supported by the terminal device; and sending the failure information to a network side device. In the information processing method provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the failure information sent to the network side device by means of flexible configuration comprises the service information related to the MBS service, so as to allow for the network side device to accurately determine the cause of the failure of the terminal device, thereby more accurately optimizing and adjusting network parameters.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a mobility robustness implementation method, a device, and an apparatus, used to detect unnecessary handover from a 5GS to an EPS. The method comprises: a first network-side apparatus determining first measurement information after a terminal has performed inter-system handover; and sending the determined first measurement information to a second network-side apparatus, such that the second network-side apparatus notifies, according to the first measurement information, the terminal to continue measuring a cell signal under a source system of the inter-system handover. In the method, when inter-system handover occurs, the first network-side apparatus enables the terminal to continue measuring the cell signal under the source system by means of the first measurement information, thereby determining whether the terminal has performed an unnecessary handover.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for predicting pile tip resistance based on a damage constitutive model of mudstone and relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. In view of the existing problem of difficult calculation of quantitative analysis on the bearing performance of a dynamic driven pile of a mudstone foundation and the damage characteristics of mudstone around the pile, a damage constitutive model of mudstone with a damage variable D determined based on a stress state and associated with a rock failure criterion is established; model parameters are determined based on results of a triaxial test; a relationship between a critical damage variable and a confining pressure is established; and the damage characteristics of the mudstone around the dynamic driven pile are analyzed, whereby pile tip resistance is calculated. The requirements of quantitative analysis on the damage characteristics of a pile tip are met.

Abstract: A method and a device for determining an MRO critical scenario and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by the UE, parameter information about a connection problem in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE in a cell handover process and cell handover has been performed successfully, or in the case that the connection problem has been detected by the UE within a predetermined time period after the cell handover is performed successfully; and transmitting, by the UE, the parameter information to a network device, so that the network device may determine the MRO critical scenario in accordance with the parameter information.
