The present disclosure solves the problem in the existing art that QCL information between different reference signals or different antenna ports cannot be flexibly configured.

The method is applied to a new energy vehicle including an electric motor and an engine, and includes steps of: arbitrating between a pedal torque of a driver and an interference torque required by ESP; performing an initial allocation on the electric motor and/or the engine in response to the pedal torque when the vehicle is in a hybrid drive mode, to meet an engine torque request while ensuring that the engine is operated at an optimal operation point; and determining, based on the initial allocation, whether the motor is capable of fully responding to the arbitrated torque, if so, controlling the motor to respond to the arbitrated torque in priority, otherwise controlling the engine and the motor to cooperatively respond to the arbitrated torque.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a traffic descriptor that includes a character string corresponding to an application of the UE. In some cases, the character string may be encoded to represent a sequence of characters in the character string to index or match applications to different network slices for communications for the UE. For example, the character string may be encoded using American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) encoding. After receiving and decoding the encoded traffic descriptor, the UE may identify a matching network slice for the application corresponding to the character string of the traffic descriptor. Subsequently, the UE may attempt to establish a connection with the matching network slice for communications for the application and may communicate with the matching network slice for the application based on a successful establishment of the connection.
