For example, a method includes retrieving, from a non-volatile memory of a computing device, region information indicative of dimensions of a region of a display not having functional pixels and indicative of a position of the region on the display. The method further includes generating a mask layer having a size, shape, and position based on the region information. The method further includes composing an image based on the mask layer and one or more layers, the mask layer preventing display of any portion of the one or more layers that overlap with the mask layer. During the second stage process parameter regulation may include reducing a crystal rotation rate, reducing a crucible rotation rate, and/or increasing a magnetic field strength relative to the first stage.

The method further includes deforming the cornea by projecting visible light or puffing air to the surface of the cornea, projecting a second THz wave onto the surface of the cornea after the deforming, and detecting a second reflected wave being a reflection of the second THz wave reflected from the surface of the cornea after the deforming. Finally, the method includes calculating the property of the cornea based on the first reflected wave and the second reflected wave. The invention particularly relates to systems and methods for corneal elasticity and/or rigidity analysis using terahertz (THz) time-domain spectroscopy.

The method includes: acquiring a first image, performing connected domain analysis on the first image, and extracting the defective pixels in the first image; and classifying the defective pixels into isolated point defects, cluster defects, and bad line defects according to the size and shape of the connected domain; outputting a second image and inpainting the second image according to the type of the defective pixels. This method can not only effectively inpaint defective pixels, but also well preserve the details of the original image.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a lymph targeting nuclear magnetic contrast agent using a brown algae polysaccharide as a carrier, and a preparation method and a use thereof. A macromolecular contrast agent with good water solubility was prepared by using the brown algae polysaccharide as the carrier, using mannose or mannose derivatives as a mannose receptor (MBP) recognition group, and using a paramagnetic metal ion chelate as a nuclear magnetic resonance imaging group. The binding capacity of lymphoid tissue was improved. The mannose or mannose derivative group introduced into the synthesized contrast agent molecule achieves the goal of binding to the enriched mannose receptors in the lymphoid tissues. At the same time, after the contrast agent is injected subcutaneously, both lymph vessels and lymph nodes were clearly visualized under MRI scanning.
