  • Publication number: 20220352454
Abstract: A piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric body including a piezoelectric material, and a first electrode and a second electrode provided on the piezoelectric body. The piezoelectric body includes a base and a plurality of drivers. The base includes a first main surface and a second main surface opposing each other. The plurality of drivers is arranged on the first main surface in such a way as to be separate from each other. Each of the plurality of drivers includes a third main surface contacting the first main surface and a fourth main surface opposing the third main surface. The base includes a plurality of first regions in which the plurality of drivers is provided and a second region provided between the first regions adjacent to each other. The base is curved.

  • Publication number: 20220288637
Abstract: An ultrasonic transducer includes a case, a piezoelectric element, a wiring member, a foaming member, and a vibration damping material. The case includes a bottom wall. The piezoelectric element is disposed on the bottom wall inside the case. The wiring member is electrically connected to the piezoelectric element. The foaming member is disposed on the piezoelectric element. The vibration damping material is disposed between the piezoelectric element and the foaming member. The foaming member has a bottom surface opposing the piezoelectric element in a thickness direction of the piezoelectric element. A plurality of depressions is formed on the bottom surface. The vibration damping material bonds the piezoelectric element and the bottom surface.

  • Patent number: 11117450
Abstract: A vehicle windshield includes a window plate and an anti-fogging film provided on an interior side surface of the window plate, with a first region and a second region within a see-through region. The anti-fogging film is not on the first region but on the second region. The first region includes a belt-like region in an upper portion of the see-through region. The second region is a region that includes at least a test area B and that includes a continuous projection portion provided on an upper side. The anti-fogging film in the second region has a minimum film thickness of no less than 5 ?m. At least a boundary between the first region and the second region excluding the projection portion has no perspective distortion and is formed by a boundary line having a linewidth of 10-200 ?m that is visually recognized by scattering of incoming light.

  • Patent number: 10639970
Abstract: A front quarter glass includes a window plate, a frame-like black ceramic layer on a peripheral portion of an interior side surface, and an anti-fogging film provided in a region excluding an entire peripheral portion of the window plate. A boundary is between the regions where the anti-fogging film is provided and not provided, has no perspective distortion, and has a boundary line of 10-200 ?m that is visually recognized by scattering of incoming light. An outer periphery of the anti-fogging film is located is located 8 mm (0.31 inch) inside from an inner periphery of the black ceramic layer in a first region. The first region is to less than 50% of an entire inner periphery including a lower front portion. The outer periphery of the anti-fogging film is located 8-35 mm (0.31-1.38 inches) inside the inner periphery of the black ceramic layer in a second region excluding the first region.
