    Abstract: According to one embodiment of the invention, a ground wire insulation system for a utility pole includes a utility pole having at least one power line and a neutral line associated therewith, an elongated conduit formed from an insulative material coupled to the utility pole, and a ground wire disposed within the elongated conduit and coupled at an upper end to the neutral line and at a lower end to ground.
