    Abstract: An apparatus to provide a specially designed assembly system for garbage and recycling containers having an effective means for joining trash receptacles to a wheeled carrier via a securement means so that they are not easily turned over by gusts of wind or animals. This device also provides a tethering mechanism between a container and a wheeled carrier so they remain joined if tipped during especially high gusts of wind or very aggressive animals.
