    Abstract: According to one embodiment, an apparatus may store a document associated with a user. The apparatus may further receive a transaction associated with the user and associate the document with the transaction. The apparatus may then initiate a communication session associated with the transaction between the user and a participant. The apparatus may assign a task to the participant so that the participant is responsible for performing the task in order for the transaction to be resolved.

A processor communicatively coupled to the memory may receive a request to transfer the asset upon the occurrence of an event. The processor may further determine at least one of an appropriate titling and an appropriate beneficiary designation of the asset based at least in part upon the asset and the event and apply at least one of the appropriate titling and the appropriate beneficiary designation to the asset.
