Abstract: A protective wash garment for use by workers during washing operations is disclosed. The protective wash garment is comprises a two-layer construction in which the first layer is a water resistant material. The second layer is a high porosity material that is laid over the first layer. Water that comes into contact with the second layer passes through and is caught between the first and second layer. The water then falls to the bottom of the first layer into a gutter formed by folding a bottom flap of the first layer up. The bottom flap is folded such that the gutter runs at an angle to urge the water that falls into the gutter to flow to a lower end of the gutter. The lower end of the gutter is beyond the feet of the worker wearing the garment. Thus, water spayed upon the garment falls into the gutter and flows out away from the feet of the worker wearing the garment.

Abstract: Methods for providing consumers with nutritional value information of a food product include developing threshold criteria related to nutritional value information, selecting food products satisfying all of the threshold criteria, applying a distinctive logo to the selected food products, and distributing and displaying the food products with the distinctive logo. Other methods of developing threshold criteria include developing criteria for food products with at least one ingredient having an efficacious effect and developing criteria for food products having a minimum reduction of nutritionally negative food components. Analysis of whether food products satisfy all applicable criteria may be automated in a data processing system.

Abstract: Reducing heartburn episodes is achieved in individuals having an orange juice intolerance or food allergy. The orange juice product has a low oil condition, which optionally can be combined with addition of a calcium source. Individuals prone to orange juice induced heartburn episodes experience a reduced incidence of heartburn episodes when they ingest the juice.

When administered daily, these compositions enhance cardiovascular health indicators in the individual. The cardiovascular health indicators include cholesterol levels and blood pressure readings for the individual so treated.
