    Abstract: A hinged swing bracket assembly for a telecommunications rack system has first, second and third arms. The first arm has a first end and a second end and is adapted to be connected to a support. The second arm has first and second ends. The first end of the second arm is pivotally connected to the first arm and the second end of the second arm is releasably connected to the first end of the first arm. The third arm has first and second ends. The first end of the third arm is pivotally connected to the second end of the second arm, and the second end of the third arm is releasably connected to the first end of the second arm.
