    Abstract: The present invention discloses antibiotic-excluded compositions and methods to treat non-infective sinusitis and otitis media. The compositions comprise a therapeutically effective amount of a corticosteroid, and the methods comprise administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a corticosteroid. Preferred corticosteroids are mometasone furoate and mometasone furoate monohydrate.
