  • Patent number: 12282295
Abstract: A holographic 3D display system based on virtual array splicing of a spatial light modulator includes a laser configured to generate a coherent light beam, first, second and third beam splitters, first and second reflectors, a shutter array, a spatial filter array, a solid lens, first and second light beam deflection elements and a spatial light modulator. The first and second beam splitters and the first reflector are configured to split the light beam generated by the laser into three parallel light beams to irradiate the shutter array. The shutter array is configured to control the three parallel light beams to sequentially pass therethrough according to a set time sequence. The three parallel light beams passing through the shutter array are expanded and collimated by the spatial filter array and the solid lens to form three parallel light beams with the same size and uniform intensity.

  • Publication number: 20220196648
Abstract: A polypeptide magnetic nanoparticle, comprising: a specific targeting polypeptide and a magnetic nanoparticle. The amino acid sequence of the specific targeting polypeptide is VRRDAPRFSMQGLDA-X, and the C-terminal X thereof is a sequence of 5 to 20 amino acids. The amino acid in the amino acid sequence of C-terminal X is selected from one or more of: C, G, and N. The polypeptide magnetic nanoparticle can be used for CTC detection and molecular typing of various cancer types, including esophageal cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, bladder cancer, skin cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, etc. Biomarkers of CTC molecular typing include PD-L1, HER2, ER, PR, AR, EGFR, VEGFR, CXCR4, etc. The polypeptide magnetic nanoparticle is helpful for CTC detection and the qualitative and semiquantitative analysis of expression levels of biomarkers at CTC level, thereby performing precise therapy such as targeted individualized targeted therapy or immunotherapy on patients.

  • Patent number: 10679067
Abstract: Provided is a method for detecting a violent incident in a video based on a hypergraph transition model, comprising a procedure of extracting a foreground target track, a procedure of establishing a hypergraph and a similarity measure, and a procedure of constructing a hypergraph transition descriptor; using the hypergraph to describe a spatial relationship of feature points, in order to reflect attitude information about a movement; and modelling the transition of correlative hypergraphs in a time sequence and extracting a feature descriptor HVC, wherein same can effectively reflect the intensity and stability of the movement. The method firstly analyses the spatial relationship of the feature points and a transition condition of a feature point group, and then performs conjoint analysis on same. The method of the present invention is sensitive to disorderly and irregular behaviours in a video, wherein same is applicable to the detection of violent incidents.
