Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity vanadium pentoxide from vanadium-bearing shale by all-wet process. The technical solution is: the “Gradient continuous leaching system of vanadium-bearing shale” is used to wet activate and compound leach vanadium-bearing shale to obtain vanadium-containing acid leachate. The “pH adjusting device of the vanadium-containing acid leachate” is used to adjust the pH of vanadium-containing acid leaching leachate. The post-treatment solution is subjected to hydroxime countercurrent extraction after oxidation, and the raffinate returns to the water using in the wet activation and electrodialysis after neutralization, and the loaded organic phase is regenerated by countercurrent reduction stripping. The regenerated organic phase directly returns to hydroxime countercurrent extraction.

Abstract: A holographic 3D display system based on virtual array splicing of a spatial light modulator includes a laser configured to generate a coherent light beam, first, second and third beam splitters, first and second reflectors, a shutter array, a spatial filter array, a solid lens, first and second light beam deflection elements and a spatial light modulator. The first and second beam splitters and the first reflector are configured to split the light beam generated by the laser into three parallel light beams to irradiate the shutter array. The shutter array is configured to control the three parallel light beams to sequentially pass therethrough according to a set time sequence. The three parallel light beams passing through the shutter array are expanded and collimated by the spatial filter array and the solid lens to form three parallel light beams with the same size and uniform intensity.

Abstract: In a communication method, a first user equipment sends first data to second user equipment over a sidelink (SL); and if the first user equipment does not receive first feedback information, the first user equipment initializes a first counter, or keeps a count value of the first counter unchanged, where the first feedback information indicates whether the second user equipment successfully receives the first data and the first counter is used for RLF detection.

Abstract: A terminal device obtains a first group of parameters corresponding to a first mode. A network device obtains a second group of parameters corresponding to the first mode, where the first group of parameters correspond to the second group of parameters. When a compatibility problem exists between the terminal device and the network device, the terminal device initiates initial access to the network device based on the first group of parameters, and the network device accepts, based on the second group of parameters, the initial access initiated by the terminal device.

Abstract: A sidelink communication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first communication device receives sidelink control information from a second communication device. The first communication device starts a first timer based on an SL HARQ feedback resource, where the SL HARQ feedback resource is used for transmitting a HARQ feedback of the sidelink control information or SL data scheduled by using the sidelink control information. The first communication device starts or skips starting a second timer based on the first timer. According to the method of embodiments of this application, the first communication device can start the first timer and the second timer associated with SL DRX.
