  • Patent number: 8538431
Abstract: Even when a general user's mobile station in communication enters a use-prohibited cell, the use of the use-prohibited cell is prevented while the communication is being maintained. Regarding a mobile station 100 that enters an area of a cell C12 under handover restriction, the connection utilizing the use-prohibited cell is prohibited and handover of the mobile station is performed to an effectively-operating cell C22 covering an area including the current position of the mobile station within the use-prohibited cell and having another frequency. Alternatively, the handover is performed to a base station of an effectively-operating cell C32 belonging to another mobile communication system.

  • Publication number: 20120021793
Abstract: A mobile communication method of the present invention includes a step of causing a radio base station 200 to allocate a communication timing selected from a plurality of communication timing candidates to a mobile station 300, and to notify a radio network controller of the communication timing, when the radio network controller 100 determines that it is possible to allocate the new communication timing to the mobile station 300, a step of causing the radio network controller to hold the communication timing notified by the radio base station and the radio network controller 100 to notify the mobile station 300 of the communication timing notified by the radio base station 200, and a step of causing the radio network controller 100 to notify the radio base station 200 of the communication timing held by the radio network controller 100 when the radio network controller 100 determines that it is impossible to allocate the new communication timing to the mobile station 300.

  • Publication number: 20060100287
Abstract: The present invention relates to an IGF-1 secretagogue containing one or two or more compounds selected from capsaicinoids, capsinoids and synthetic capsaicin, which has no problem of skin irritation, etc., and is effective for, for example, reducing skin wrinkle and sagging skin by the increase of skin's thickness and elasticity, promoting hair growth.
