  • Publication number: 20160294174
Abstract: A bus bar connection device for a switchgear has a first bushing with an internal stem conductor whose end is a first connection surface at a nose of the bushing. The bus bar connection device has a second bushing with an internal stem conductor whose end is a second connection surface at a nose of the bushing. The first connection surface of the first bushing is placed opposite the second connection surface of the second bushing, the axis of the first bushing being identical to the axis of the second bushing. A connection element electrically connects the first connection surface with the second connection surface. A cylindrical insulation adapter surrounds the nose of the first bushing, the nose of the second bushing, and the connection element as one.

  • Patent number: 9190232
Abstract: Capacitors (5a, 5b) are provided in the insulators of bushings (4a, 4b), respectively. One ends of the capacitors (5a, 5b) are connected to central conductors (3a, 3b) side, and the other ends are connected to a tank (1) side at the ground potential. When a discharge signal from the outside of the tank (1) reaches the capacitors (5a, 5b) through the central conductors (3a, 3b), the capacitors (5a, 5b) work as a filter to attenuate and prevent the signal in the frequency band of the discharge waveform from propagating to the inside of the tank (1). When an antenna (7) placed in the tank (1) receives a signal in the frequency band of the discharge waveform, a discharge detection unit (20) determines that a discharge inside the tank has been detected.

  • Patent number: 9182447
Abstract: A discharge location determination unit includes: discharge detection circuits connected to metal electrodes, respectively, and to which a signal due to discharge is input; and a calculation circuit to which signals output from the discharge detection circuits are input, wherein, if the intensity difference or intensity ratio between the two output signals is within a predetermined value, the calculation circuit determines that the discharge location is inside a tank, otherwise the calculation circuit determines that the discharge location is outside the tank.

  • Publication number: 20150270080
Abstract: A vacuum monitoring device of a vacuum circuit breaker with a line of a vacuum valve led out to the external of a metal tank through a bushing having a shield working as a low-pass filter, includes: a first antenna; a second antenna; a first and a second detection portion measuring intensity of an electromagnetic wave detected by the antennas; and a determination portion determining a vacuum deterioration of the circuit breaker by comparing the intensity of the electromagnetic wave detected by the first and the second detection portions, wherein the first and second detection portion include frequency filters passing a frequency band, of electromagnetic waves resulting from discharges occurring when the vacuum valve deteriorates in vacuum, which is attenuated by the shield.

  • Patent number: 5322006
Abstract: A continuous frying apparatus comprising a primary frying vessel for transferring foodstuff with the stream of oil; a secondary frying vessel for holding and frying the foodstuff below the oil surface with the use of a conveyor including rollers, a running member moving around the rollers and interlocked therewith, and projections arranged on the outer surface of the running member; and a joining section for connecting the primary frying vessel and the secondary frying vessel. According to the present invention, one of the rollers which is arranged nearest the starting side of the secondary frying vessel is positioned so that the intersection with the oil surface of a circular arc defined by the ends of the projections moving around that roller is positioned closer to the ending side of the secondary frying vessel than intersection of the oil stream flowing downward and out of the primary frying vessel meeting with the oil level in the secondary frying vessel.
