  • Patent number: 12172246
Abstract: A sensor protecting case is provided with a case main body for housing a sensor main body and a sensor input portion, and a centralized cooling portion that is partitioned off by a partition so as to include at least part of the sensor input portion, and constitutes an independent space within the case main body. The case main body has a first gas inflow port for causing gas to flow into the case main body, and a first gas outflow port for causing the gas to flow out of the case main body. The partition has a second gas inflow port that is connected to the first gas inflow port to cause the gas to flow into the centralized cooling portion, and a second gas outflow port for causing the gas to flow out of the centralized cooling part into the case main body.

  • Publication number: 20240351127
Abstract: A welding control method for welding to form a molten pool, the method including: an acquisition step for acquiring image data including the molten pool; an identifying step for identifying, on the basis of the acquired image data, a plurality of feature points near a boundary between the molten pool and an unmolten portion at least on the side in the direction of welding progress; a calculating step for calculating geometric quantity data on the basis of information about the plurality of feature points; a determining step for determining whether a weld is appropriate or inappropriate on the basis of the geometric quantity data and a predetermined threshold value; and a correcting step for correcting the welding conditions on the basis of a result of the determination in the determining step.

  • Publication number: 20230241703
Abstract: This learning model generation method is for generating a learning model for learning by taking, as teaching data, image data from a visual sensor and welding information extracted from the image data, wherein: a plurality of welding conditions to be used for generating the learning model correspond to the difference in setting pertaining to at least one item; the image data corresponding to each of the plurality of welding conditions includes at least one of a molten pool, a welding wire, and an arc; the welding information includes at least one of information pertaining to the behavior of the molten pool, information pertaining to the position of the welding wire, and information pertaining to the arc; and the learning model which receives the image data as an input and outputs the welding information is generated.

  • Publication number: 20220331912
Abstract: An automatic welding system, an automatic welding method, a welding assistance device, and a program wherein the amount of correction of the welding speed is determined on the basis of the distance between an arc and the tip of a molten pool when the distance between the arc and the tip of the molten pool is within a predetermined range in arc welding performed while alternately weaving a welding torch in the front downward direction and the rear upward direction when the welding progress direction is the frontward direction with respect to a horizontally extending groove formed between two members to be welded aligned in the vertical direction.
