  • Patent number: 7402926
Abstract: An actuator device includes a drive motor, a reduction mechanism, which includes gears, an output shaft coupled to the reduction mechanism, and a connector assembly. The connector assembly includes a sensor accommodating portion for accommodating a sensor, which detects the rotation angle of the output shaft, and a connector portion, which includes connector pins connected to an external connector, and a power supply portion, which includes power supply terminals connected to the drive motor. The sensor accommodating portion, the connector portion, and the power supply portion are integrally formed. The power supply terminals and the connector pins are formed of a single conductive plate. The connector assembly is molded using resin to integrally incorporate the conductive plate. As a result, the actuator device that is easily assembled is obtained.

  • Patent number: 7401534
Abstract: An actuator device includes a drive motor, gears and pairs of rotary shafts. The gears are rotated by torque outputted from the drive motor. Each pair of rotary shafts corresponds to one of the gears. The rotary shafts in each pair extend from both axial sides of the corresponding gear, respectively. At least two of the rotary shafts function as output shafts that are capable of outputting the torque of the corresponding gear or gears to the outside. This is capable of dealing with various requirements.

  • Publication number: 20030218598
Abstract: A track stick for a keyboard having a base plate affixed to the keyboard frame and a flexible substrate disposed on the base plate. A flat sensor substrate having an upper surface, a side surface and an undersurface is disposed on the flexible substrate forming a gap there between. A member stick extends from the flat sensor substrate. Multiple strain sensors are symmetrically arrayed around an axial line of the stick member on the undersurface of the flat sensor substrate. Multiple electrodes are symmetrically disposed on the flexible substrate arrayed about an axial line of the sensor stick.

  • Patent number: 6360622
Abstract: A coordinate input device comprises a base (10) having a plate shaped distortion generating part (12) below a pole shaped operating part which are integrally formed; and a detection sensor (20) having a plurality of distortion gauges (22) (four) and a plurality of leads (23) connected to the distortion gauges which are integrally arranged on one plastic sheet (21). In the coordinate input device, the plurality of distortion gauges (22) are put together in the arrangement of a cross shape so that the distortion gauges are bonded at prescribed positions on the back surface of the distortion generating part (12) by using a cross index (25) which is previously attached to the sheet (21). The plurality of leads (23) are arranged in parallel and extended sideward the base (10). Accordingly, a workability and accuracy in assembly can be improved and the operating part can be made compact without increasing the burden of cost or deteriorating installation workability.
