  • Patent number: 6297590
Abstract: A surface discharge type plasma display panel(PDP) includes a pair of front and rear substrates (11, 21) with a discharge space (30) therebetween and a plurality of pair display electrodes on internal surface of either the front or rear substrate. The display electrodes are extending along each display line L. The PDP further includes a light shielding film (45), having a belt shape extending along the display line direction, formed on either internal or outer surface of the front substrate (11) to overlap each area S2 between the adjacent display lines L and sandwiched between the display electrodes X and Y.

  • Patent number: 6006528
Abstract: In an air conditioning system for circulating a fluid which can change a phase between a gas phase and a liquid phase by a difference of a specific gravity between the gas phase and the liquid phase between an heat source side machine and a plurality of user side machines more than half of which are disposed below the heat source side machine, so that each of the user side machines performs a cooling operation, each of the user side machines is provided with a heat exchanger, a flow control valve for controlling a volume of said fluid supplied to the heat exchanger, a blow means for supplying an air-conditioned air to a room through the heat exchanger, a physical value detecting means for detecting a physical value relating to an air conditioning load such as a temperature and a signal controlling means for the operating and detecting portions, and wherein the heat source side machine is provided with a control means for communicating with said signal controlling means and outputting a control signal to said

  • Patent number: 5907956
Abstract: In an air conditioning system comprising a heat source side machine for condensing a fluid which can change a phase between a liquid phase and a gas phase to a predetermined temperature and for supplying, and a plurality of user side machines more than half of which are disposed below said heat source side machine, in which piping is constructed in such a manner as to circulate the fluid supplied from said heat source side machine by using a difference in specific gravity between the liquid phase and the gas phase, between said heat source side machine and said user side machine and a cooling of said user side machine is performed by evaporating said fluid in said user side machine, the heat source side machine is provided with a control means for descending a set temperature of said fluid discharged from said heat source side machine after condensed by changing the operating capacity of said heat source side machine when a state that the temperature of said fluid returned back after evaporated in the user si

  • Patent number: 5598717
Abstract: An air conditioner using a non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant formed of a high boiling-point refrigerant and a low boiling-point refrigerant is provided with a first temperature sensor for detecting a temperature at an inlet of an outdoor heat exchanger when the outdoor heat exchanger serves as an evaporator in heating cycle, a second temperature sensor for detecting an outside air temperature, and a controller for controlling an opening degree of an expansion valve on the basis of a temperature difference between the outside air temperature and the inlet temperature of said evaporator. For example, the opening degree of the expansion valve is controlled so that the temperature difference between the outside air temperature and the inlet temperature is equal to a predetermined value.
