  • Patent number: 10912240
Abstract: When an operator performs a tape inserting operation of inserting a tape into an insertion port for a tape feeder, the tape feeder detects the tape inserted into the insertion port. Further, it is confirmed based on operation object information indicating the tape feeder serving as an object of the tape inserting operation that the tape feeder having detected the tape is the object of the tape inserting operation. If the tape feeder is the object of the tape inserting operation, the tape feeder is caused to perform loading or standby. In this way, after it is confirmed that the tape feeder, for which the tape inserting operation was performed by the operator, is the object of this operation, the tape feeder is caused to perform the loading or the standby and a problem of erroneous insertion of the tape into the tape feeder can be dealt with.

  • Patent number: 9634546
Abstract: A multi-shaft linear motor formed by a plurality of linear motors each provided with a magnetic body and an armature and adapted to produce a force causing the magnetic body and the armature to be relatively displaced along a given linear moving direction by interaction of magnetic fluxes generated between the magnetic body and the armature during an operation of supplying electric power to the armature. Each of the single-shaft linear motors includes a base plate. Base plate has a base surface defining the moving direction, wherein the stator is fixed onto the base surface along the moving direction, and the mover is attached onto the base surface in a movable manner reciprocating along the moving direction and in opposed relation to the stator. Single-shaft linear motors are stacked in a stacking direction perpendicular to the base surface such that the single-shaft linear motors are individually detachable as a unit.

  • Patent number: 8635766
Abstract: A component supplying apparatus which is appended to the electronic component working apparatus, for supplying electronic components to the electronic component working apparatus is provided. The component supplying apparatus includes a component storing section which stores the electronic components, and movement range regulator. The movement range regulator allows the component storing section to move between a supply position P1 which is set for supplying the electronic components and a retracted position P2 to which the component storing section is retracted for the purpose of maintenance of the electronic component working apparatus. In addition, the movement range regulator regulates the range of relative movement of the component storing section with respect to the electronic component working apparatus to a movement amount L4 that is previously established.
