  • Patent number: 10082313
Abstract: The instruction device according to the present invention is used in an air conditioning system. In a case where evaluation information concerning comfort of an air environment of an indoor space for person(s) in the indoor space corresponds to discomfort and a difference between first data on the air environment of the indoor space and second data on an air environment of an outdoor space is not less than a prescribed value, the instruction device creates setting information to use only a first air conditioning device for causing movement of air between the indoor and outdoor spaces when determining that the comfort can be improved by the first air conditioning device, and creates setting information to use a second air conditioning device for controlling the air environment of the indoor space by consuming energy resource when determining that the comfort cannot be improved by the first air conditioning device.

  • Publication number: 20170321922
Abstract: In a ventilation control device, a ventilation-path setting unit is configured to set a ventilation path based on environmental information acquired by an information acquisition unit. A ventilation-quantity setting unit is configured to set a ventilation quantity based on the environmental information and the ventilation path. The ventilation-path setting unit sets a plurality of candidate paths having priorities in descending order of expected ventilation effects. In the case where a first candidate path having the highest priority is identical with a previously set ventilation path, the ventilation-path setting unit sets the first candidate path as the ventilation path, when a difference value between a room temperature previously acquired and a room temperature presently acquired is equal to or more than a threshold. The ventilation-path setting unit sets, as the ventilation path, a second candidate path having the second highest priority, when the difference value is less than the threshold.

  • Publication number: 20160054016
Abstract: A ventilation control device is a device for setting a ventilation path in an object space of wind flowing in/out through a plurality of openings between the object space and the outside of the building. The plurality of openings is disposed in a building. An air conditioner performs air-conditioning in the building. The ventilation control device includes: a ventilation-path setting unit; and an output unit. The ventilation-path setting unit sets the ventilation path so that a ventilation path in the object space, in a state in which the air conditioner operates, differs from a path of wind sent from the air conditioner. The output unit outputs path information indicating the ventilation path set by the ventilation-path setting unit.

The plurality of thermal storage bodies are each provided with ventilation holes. The ventilation pathway is formed to include the ventilation holes and has a plurality of pathways from a first end to a second end so that air passes from the first end to the second end. The plurality of opening-closing members is configured to open or close the ventilation pathway. The control part is configured to individually switch control the plurality of opening-closing members. The control part is configured to switch a pathway through which an indoor air passes in the ventilation pathway by individually controlling opening and closing of the plurality of opening-closing members based on temperature of each thermal storage body and temperature of the indoor air.
