  • Publication number: 20210291707
Abstract: Provided is a seat cover whose attachment work is easy and that can be manufactured at a low cost even if a material having excellent durability is used. The seat cover (1) of the present invention has a cushion cover part (10) and a back cover part (20), and since an upper portion (22) of the back cover part (20) is located at a position within a range from a pelvis top corresponding part to a chest middle corresponding part, the height range that it covers in a seat back part is shorter than that of a conventional seat cover that covers a range up to the vicinity of the bottom of a headrest. This can make the amount of a material used for forming the back cover part (20) smaller than conventionally to reduce a cost increase even if a more expensive material having high durability against friction is used.

  • Patent number: 10136850
Abstract: A biological body state estimation device configured such that a homeostatic function level is sorted and acquired in plural stages by using a biological signal obtained from an upper body of a person and each stage of the homeostatic function level is plotted in time series in accordance with a time axis indicated on the lateral axis and displayed as a graph by a display. A highest part on the vertical axis of the graph can be displayed as a highly active state and a lowest part as a function decline state. Therefore, a state of fluctuation due to autonomous nerves as an attempt to maintain homeostasis, progress of a feeling of fatigue, and a state stimulated by activation of the brain can be captured as a periodic function. Moreover, a sleep prediction phenomenon can be captured.

  • Patent number: 9144402
Abstract: A technology to grasp a state of a human being more accurately is provided. The technology is provided with means for acquiring a time-series waveform of a frequency from a time-series waveform of a biological signal sampled from the upper body of a human being and for further acquiring a time-series waveform of frequency slope and a time-series waveform of frequency fluctuation and for applying frequency analysis to them. In the frequency analysis, a power spectrum of each frequency corresponding to a functional adjustment signal, a fatigue reception signal, and an activity adjustment signal, respectively, determined in advance is acquired. Then, a state of a human being is determined from a time-series change of each power spectrum.

  • Patent number: 9050000
Abstract: A mechanical amplification device includes a three-dimensional knitted material and foam bodies and laminated in the periphery of the three-dimensional knitted material. A mechanical amplification device provided with a film is disposed between the three-dimensional knitted material and the foam bodies and is provided, and a vibration sensor is attached to this mechanical amplification device. Micro vibration on the body surface caused by a human biological signal is propagated to the foam bodies, the film, and the three-dimensional knitted material, and membrane vibration is generated in the foam bodies and the film, while string vibration of a fiber is generated in the three-dimensional knitted material. As a result, the biological signal such as heart rate, respiration, atrial and aortic vibrations and the like can be accurately transmitted.

  • Patent number: 8251447
Abstract: There are provided a bio-signal analyzer using a sensor capable of detecting, even though it is non-invasive, a more prominent bio-signal, and a seat using the bio-signal analyzer. Air cushions (10), which are sensors detecting a bio-signal in a non-invasive manner, are disposed at the positions corresponding respectively to left and right iliocostalis lumborum muscles of a person, in a substantially vertically long state along the iliocostalis lumborum muscles, with upper ends thereof being set at least at the height corresponding to a lower face of a human diaphragm. In the diaphragm, bio-signals such as heartbeats, breaths, or pulsations of aorta passing through the vicinity of the diaphragm are resonated and amplified. Further, the iliocostalis lumborum muscles are at positions where they are easily vibrated by pulsations of aorta passing through the vicinity of the lumbar region.

  • Publication number: 20090195039
Abstract: To provide A seat structure applicable to both a normal posture and a resting posture and providing a sufficiently relaxed resting posture and an excellent comfort. According to the present invention, a seat reference point adjustor for shifting a seat reference point in the resting posture anterior to a seat reference point in the normal posture is provided. With this structure, the resting posture can be taken without tilting its seat back itself backwardly. Since the seat back is not tilted backwardly, a leg room (footrest) space of a rear seat is not limited.

  • Patent number: 7532964
Abstract: There are provided a monitor for monitoring a human condition of a driver, and an awakening device for awakening a driver, which starts operation when received a predictive signal for fall-asleep being a signal for energy metabolism transition from an active state into a sleep state. The awakening device is structured to stimulate a pressure sense of the driver by reclining a seat back of a driver seat forward or rearward to thereby cause a shift force. Accordingly, without regard to an alarm reaction level to an alarm sound, it is possible to stimulate the driver and whereby awaken the driver more surely.

  • Patent number: 7250029
Abstract: A human condition evaluation system, of which bio-signal analysis means includes a bio-signal peak value detection means for detecting a peak value for each cycle of an original waveform of a bio-signal data, and a power value calculation means for calculating a difference between the peak value at an upper limit side and the peak value at a lower limit side for every prescribed time range using respective peak values obtained by the bio-signal peak value detection means to thereby set the difference as a power value, is structured to determine a predictive signal for falling asleep from an active state into a sleep state. Different from conventional human condition evalution based simply on a Lyapunov exponent as an indicator, a new human condition evaluation system based on a functional status of an energy generation system of the living body is provided.

  • Patent number: 7156457
Abstract: Seat structure designed to reduce weight and improve various functions such as impact absorbency, vibration absorbency. A torsion bar arranged along a width direction, and an arm connected to the torsion bar and enforced in a direction of falling backwards in a normal state are provided in the rear of a seat cushion, and a cushioning member is arranged between a supporting frame supported by the arm and a front frame provided at the front of the seat cushion, whose front edge is vertically movable rotationally. When working a pedal or standing up, since the front edge of the front frame is forced to move in a downward direction by a leg portion, a haunch supporting portion of the cushioning member is relatively lifted upward, so that support force to lift up the haunches works.

  • Patent number: 6854805
Abstract: A seat structure includes a torsion bar 12 disposed along the width direction, and an arm 13 which is connected to the torsion bar 12, enforced in the direction of falling backward at a normal state by the torsion bar 12 in the rear of a seat cushion 10, and disposed is a flat-type supporting member 15 between the supporting frame 14 supported by the arm 13 and a frame member provided in front of the seat cushion, being strained by the elastic force of the torsion bar 12. Through this structure, the spring characteristic to give an influence on comfortability and riding comfort at the time of being seated can be given by the torsion bar 12, so that the number of coil springs which have been necessary in the vicinity of the body side can be reduced or the use of the coil spring can be stopped.

  • Patent number: 6817674
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to suppress rebound of a human body by making a reaction force small due to a large damping ratio. A bulging portion 11 is formed at a seat cushioning member 14 which is a tension structure. This structure has a structure of changing the damping characteristics functioned by the change in strain energy and tension by deformation created by a plane wave of the tension structure in accordance with the magnitude of the excitation force of an inputted vibration.
